Standard Form Contract and Consumer Protection Informations
Validity of the Standard Form Contract
The following provisions regulate the contractual relations between Josef Kox (in the following also KoxGems), and you as the customer, in addition to the legal rules. You also get the prescribed hints and informations, according to § 312c BGB i.V.m. § 1 BGB-InfoV and § 312e BGB i.V.m. §3 BGB-InfoV (german Law).
For all our shipments and performances this standard from contract is exclusively effective inthe actual wording at the date of your oder. You can download the text or print it or request it.
After your order you will receive as a non-commercial customer (German: "Verbraucher" analogous to § 13 BGB German Law) an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order, the consumer protection informations included in this Standard Form Contract, and the return instruction which you can store.
Offers
The reprensation / description of the products in the online shop is not a binding supply analogous to §§ 145ff. BGB (German Law) but an online catalogue without obligation. An update of our catalogues resp. our internet offers expire all preceding offers.
In case of changes of items, misprints, other errors or technical improvements we reserve the right to offer you an equally good service / performance re quality and price. If ordered items are no more available we reserve the right to refuse your offer. In this case we will inform the customer immediately about the non-availability, and immediatley refund already made payments.

The contract between you and Josef Kox /KoxGems will be completed only by your order and ist acceptance.
After entering your personal data and clicking on the "complete" button in the final step of the order proceedings you make a definite order for the items included in your shopping cat. A confirmation of the reception of your oder follows immediately after sending of your order.The contract of sale takes place with our shipment confirmation or delivery of our items. If you will not receive (within 2 weeks) no shipment confirmation or delivery from us, you are no more bound by the contract.
Recognition and Correction of Input Errors during Online Orders
After having added the choosed items to your shopping cart, you see a summary of your order an the shopping art page. Here you can change the number of pieces or delete items from your order. In the next step the necessary data for the shipment costs will be requested. For this please click on the preferred shipment method. Then you can choose the payment method, and will see the Standard Form Contract. Please read it, and confirm that you accept it. Only then we will ask for your personal data to settle your order. Now you have the possibility to print your order by clicking on the printer symbol. Now feel free going back to correct data or click The " go on" button to start the coded transfer of your order to us..
Prices and Shipment Costs
Our actual catalogues`s and products`prices are effective to the date of our order. These prices are retail prices.
You can see the shipment prices of your order transaction. Thex amount to € 8,50 for deliveries within Germany. For deliveries to foreign countries we charge € 9 for shipment as value letter if shipment by letter is possible. Shipment of bulky goods like cases, balances etx actually cost € 18,50 within EU. The actual shipment fees will be shown in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. No shipment costs for orders from € 400 up.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Transport and shipment are sufficiantly insured, and will be arranged within 1 - 2 working days after receiving your order.

Return Policy
Return Instructions
You can return the received items without giving reasons within 1 month by resending the goods. This ist not allowed for orders from dealers. The deadline starts at the earliest by receiving the items and this instruction. To observe the time limit it is sufficient to ship the items in time or to declare your return request in time. Return Consequences
In case a return comes into force the mutual performances have to be returned, and, should the occasion arise, benefits of the use have to be given back. A change for the worse may require a financial compensation. This does not apply for a change for the worse in course of its examination (e.g. the possibility of a usual examination in a store). As for the rest you can avoid a damages compensation if you don`t use the item(s) like a real owner, and refrain from everything which affects the value.
Guarantee / Liability / Liability exlusion
The legal rules according to §§ 434ff.BGB and, if the customer is a "Verbraucher", additionally §§ 474ff. BGB (German Law) are effective. The guarantee takes two years, at used items one year, depending on the legal start of the limitation.
Being entitled to damages is possible within the legal period of limitation.
